**Fixed 0.3.5:** /health waited on the same _lock as {id} hydrate (record() + sqlite). Probes timed out (~15s) while hydrate held the lock (~70s); Compose looked like restarting. Split _metrics_lock; health answers before record(); boot-time snapshot_health_probe() so Unraid probes do not exists() the NAS. Regression: test_health_liveness.py. Do not treat Compose Restart as the fix.
