CannaLib 0.7.1-stdlib: DNA relatives for 862 strains, lab results up 46%

Frozen publish. 862 strains gain measured nearest DNA relatives from four published genotyping datasets, lab test results rise 46% to 1,276,466, and 1,514 misspelled duplicates went to the ledger instead of the strain count (143,611). The new state lab records (Nevada, Washington, Hawaii, Michigan, Utah) and the Steep Hill chemotype set are quality-flagged like everything else: impossible values are flagged, never used as potency. 23,549 strains now have a flower lab THC range from three or more tests (was 19,220). 7,175 facts from books, magazines, papers and award records were merged, adding 1,034 award rows on served strains.
