The fact projector read value_num (one bound of a stated range) before the raw text: “8-9 Weeks” → 63 days, “56-77 Days” → 56, “15-21%” → 15, and site filter bins (“High (15-25%)”, “up to 19%”) were stored as measurements | Parsers read the raw text first with decimal-comma and ratio guards; bins and one-sided bounds refused (commit 46739b9). Old projected flowering and chemistry rows copied to grow_trait_withdrawn / chemistry_profile_withdrawn (reason reproject_range_collapse_20260914) and re-projected in batch 11. parse_pct also serves minor cannabinoids and heritage; those families pick up the fix on their next run
