The CannaLib API now serves callers by level: website visitors get an invisible pass and their own quota, scripts without a key get a smaller one.

Quotas follow the visitor’s pass, not the network, so people sharing an office or phone network do not use up each other’s allowance. Automatic blocks are short and only triggered by abusive patterns.
Strict mode is on: callers with no pass and no key get the anonymous level.
There is no way to move up a level yet: accounts, keys and paid plans are planned but not built.
